Due to the nature of wholesale distribution, all sales are generally final unless otherwise agreed.
Eligible Return Situations
- Incorrect item shipment
- Verified product damage during transit
- Supplier fulfillment errors
Return Request Window
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
Required documentation:
- Order number
- Photos of issue
- Detailed explanation
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refund method follows original payment method whenever possible.
